Who can use this?
Open to anyone in recovery from substance use disorder or other addictions, as well as family members and allies affected by addiction. All services are free. No referral, insurance, or appointment needed.
About this resource
Founded in 2011, the Portland Recovery Community Center is Maine's Recovery Hub, providing support, education, resources, and advocacy for people recovering from and affected by addiction. PRCC has served over 80,000 visitors and trained recovery coaches throughout Maine's Department of Corrections system.

What to expect
Walk in without an appointment or referral. Staff and volunteers — many in recovery themselves — will greet you and help connect you to meetings, coaching, or activities. The center hosts over 53 weekly meetings and activities supporting multiple pathways of recovery.
