Open to adult women (age 21 and older) who identify as female and are experiencing homelessness. The facility is low-barrier. Florence House does not take referrals from providers and does not maintain a waiting list for emergency beds.

The facility includes apartments for long-term residents, a safe-haven area, and emergency beds. Preble Street staff are on-site around the clock.
