Households that earned $69,000 or less in the tax year. Available to all Maine residents who meet the income threshold.

CA$H Maine (Creating Assets, Savings & Hope) is a statewide collaboration of eight regional coalitions with 50 nonprofit and for-profit partners. IRS-certified volunteers prepare federal and state tax returns at no cost.

What to expect
Visit cashmaine.org or call 211 to find your nearest site and schedule an appointment. A trained, IRS-certified volunteer will prepare and e-file your return for free.
What to bring
Photo ID, Social Security cards or ITIN letters for all household members, all W-2s and 1099 forms, last year's tax return, bank account info for direct deposit.
