Parents with at least one child under 18 living in Washington County, with household income up to 225% of federal poverty level.

Family Futures Downeast is a two-generation program where parents earn 15-16 college credits per year at Washington County Community College or UMaine Machias while their children receive free Head Start education simultaneously. The program provides free childcare during classes, financial aid assistance, transportation, technology resources, career coaching, and emotional support.
