Call (207) 874-2141 to schedule an appointment at any location. Behavioral health screenings are integrated into routine primary care visits. New patients complete intake paperwork and meet with a care team that includes a behavioral health provider. Walk-in availability varies by location.

Insurance card if available, photo ID, list of current medications. No insurance or ID required. Just come in.
