What to expect
Contact your local DVR office or apply online to begin the process. You will be assigned a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor who will conduct an assessment, determine eligibility, and work with you to create an Individualized Plan for Employment.
What to bring
Photo ID, Social Security card, medical documentation of your disability, any recent medical or psychological evaluations, work history information, and educational records.
