When someone in Oxford County is experiencing a psychiatric emergency, suicidal thoughts, or a substance use crisis, they can call the OCCR hotline for immediate phone support. The team can also dispatch a mobile crisis clinician to meet the person in the community, at home, or at a hospital emergency department to provide stabilization and safety planning.
