St. Elizabeth's Child Development Center, operated by Catholic Charities Maine, has more than 50 years of experience in the early childhood field. The center holds a Star 5 rating, the highest level awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services' Quality for ME program. St. Elizabeth's accepts DHHS subsidies, ASPIRE and Transitional Vouchers, Child Development Services (CDS) clients, and both public and private subsidies.
