About this resource
As of October 2025, ACAP (Community Action in Aroostook, Washington and Hancock Counties) took over all energy and housing services previously provided by Downeast Community Partners. Their Calais office serves all of Washington County with weatherization, home repair, heating system replacement (CHIP program), and housing counseling.
