Greater Portland Health is a not-for-profit community health center serving over 11,000 patients across ten locations in Portland, South Portland, and Westbrook. Formerly Portland Community Health Center, they provide comprehensive primary care, dental care, integrated behavioral health, substance use treatment, and supportive social services.
