About this resource
The Intentional Peer Support Warm Line is a free, confidential phone service available to all Maine residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unlike crisis hotlines, the warm line is designed for non-emergency conversations, for when you're feeling lonely, anxious, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to. Calls are answered by trained peer specialists who have their own lived experience with mental health challenges and/or substance use recovery.
