Available to Maine residents who qualify based on income or receive public assistance (MaineCare, SNAP, SSI, etc.). Vouchers can be used at participating veterinary clinics across Maine.
How to get started
Call 1-800-367-1317 or email [email protected] to request a voucher application. Once approved, you'll receive a voucher to use at a participating veterinary clinic of your choice. Schedule the surgery directly with the vet.

Help Fix ME is a Maine state government program administered by the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Animal Welfare Division. The program provides spay/neuter vouchers to qualifying Maine pet owners for use at participating veterinary clinics statewide.
