The DAV Transportation Network provides free van rides for veterans traveling to VA medical appointments. Volunteer drivers operate scheduled routes from communities across Maine to Togus VA Medical Center, Portland VA Clinic, Bangor VA Clinic, and other VA facilities. What to expect

Call to schedule a ride at least 3-5 days before your appointment. A volunteer driver will pick you up at a designated location along the route and transport you to your VA appointment. Rides are free.
