Who can use this?

Available to all Maine homeowners and renters. Standard rebates are available to everyone. Enhanced rebates (covering higher percentages of costs) are available to income-eligible households, typically those at or below 80% of Area Median Income. Landlords can also qualify for rental property improvements.
