What to expect

Call the helpline to speak directly with an attorney who will assess your legal issue. If the matter can be resolved over the phone, they will help immediately. If you need extended representation, you will be referred to a staff attorney at the nearest office.

What to bring

Any legal documents, letters, notices, or court papers related to your issue. Medicare card, insurance information, and relevant financial documents if the issue involves benefits or eligibility.
