The Portland Community Free Clinic provides primary care to uninsured, low-income adults ages 18-65 living in Cumberland and York counties. All services are provided at no charge by volunteer physicians and healthcare professionals. The clinic is a partnership between the City of Portland and the Friends of the Portland Community Free Clinic.

What to expect

Call (207) 874-8982 between 9 AM and 2:30 PM to schedule. Most clinical services are offered during evening hours (6-8 PM). The clinic does not accept walk-ins.
