Open to all patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Uninsured patients may qualify for a sliding-scale fee based on income. Accepts MaineCare, Medicare, and most private insurance.

Call (207) 874-2141 to schedule an appointment. Call to learn about appointment availability. New patients complete paperwork; call a financial assistance counselor about sliding-fee eligibility.

Greater Portland Health is a nonprofit that serves people across 17 health centers in Portland, South Portland, and Westbrook. Formerly Portland Community Health Center, they provide comprehensive primary care, dental care, integrated behavioral health, substance use treatment, and supportive social services. Eligible patients without insurance may receive discounted fees through a sliding-scale program.
