Educare Central Maine provides free early childhood education for children from 6 weeks to age 5. A collaboration between Waterville Public Schools and KVCAP Head Start in a purpose-built facility focused on school readiness.
Who can use this?
Free for income-eligible families. Priority for families at or below federal poverty guidelines. Head Start and Early Head Start income requirements apply.

Educare Central Maine is a collaboration between Waterville Public Schools and KVCAP's Head Start and Early Head Start programs. The school serves children from 6 weeks to age 5 in a state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for early childhood education. As part of the national Educare Network, the program uses evidence-based practices to prepare children for school success.

What to expect
