Waldo Community Action Partners has served Waldo County since 1965. WCAP administers the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), providing direct payments to fuel vendors for eligible households. They also offer the Electric Lifeline Program (LIAP/ELP) for low-income households and weatherization services.
