Income at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines. Apply early. Funds are limited.

Formerly administered by Downeast Community Partners, heating assistance for Washington County is now provided by ACAP. Programs include HEAP, ECIP emergency fuel, weatherization, and heating system repair.
