Check who can apply.
The child must live with the caregiver making the request.
Submit a gift request.
Use AFFM’s Holiday Gift Giving Program online form, or contact your Resource Family Specialist or Kinship Navigator.
Send it by the deadline.
Requests are due Friday, November 13. Late requests may be difficult to fulfill.
