Getting started.
Who this helps
Students, faculty, and staff of the Bangor School Department can use the centers. Students must be enrolled before receiving care.
How to get started
An enrolled student can still be seen at the center when they are too sick to attend school.
Enroll the student.
On the PCHC Bangor School-Based Health Centers page, open the enrollment packet and complete the student enrollment and consent form. A parent or legal guardian must sign it.
Make an appointment.
Call PCHC at (207) 404-8247 or stop in at the clinic to make an appointment.
How they can help.
Students do not need to be PCHC patients to use the centers. PCHC accepts MaineCare and most insurance plans. Uninsured or underinsured families may qualify for a sliding fee discount based on household size and income.
