Getting started.
Who this helps
Applicants must live in Harpswell. A child's legal guardian must request gifts for a child ages 0 to 15.
How to get started
When gifts are ready for pickup, the fund will notify you by text, email, or phone.
Choose how to apply.
Use the online form on the Request Assistance page, or download and print the paper form there. Follow that page's instructions to email or mail the completed form.
Add the child's details.
Include the child's shoe and clothing sizes and the items they would like.
Send residency proof.
Provide an October or November 2026 utility bill in your name with your current Harpswell street address, or submit three accepted documents listed under Residency Requirements on the Holiday Gifts page.
Check for an email.
The fund emails you if your request is accepted.
How they can help.
The fund helps Harpswell neighbors and accepts requests for holiday gifts and essential support for children.

A few questions before you go.
Have an October or November 2026 utility bill in your name with your current Harpswell street address, not a PO Box. If you do not have one, provide three of these: a Maine driver’s license or ID, Maine vehicle registration, a lease or mortgage agreement signed and dated in 2026, tax bills or recent tax returns, pay stubs or W-2 forms, a government-issued document, or an insurance policy or ID card. Have your child's shoe and clothing sizes and desired items ready.
