Contact JMG to enroll. You will work with a specialist who helps you set savings goals and complete financial literacy training. Your savings are matched when used for approved purposes like education, housing, or a vehicle.

Jobs for Maine Graduates coordinates the Opportunity Passport program for Maine youth who are currently or formerly in foster care. The program provides financial literacy training and a matched savings account where youth contributions are matched dollar-for-dollar up to $1,000 per year. Savings can be used for education, housing, transportation, healthcare, and other approved investments. Over 700 Maine foster youth have participated, achieving more than $2 million in saved and matched funds.
