Open to anyone regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, PCHC offers a sliding fee scale based on income. PCHC accepts MaineCare, Medicare and many commercial health plans.
How to get started
Call (207) 404-8100 to schedule an appointment. Behavioral health services are integrated with primary care, so you may be seen by a behavioral health consultant during a regular medical visit. Call to ask which counseling or psychiatry appointments are available at your practice. Sliding fee scale based on income for those without insurance.
