How to get started
Call or apply online. You will go through eligibility screening and admissions. Once accepted, you move to the residential campus.

The Penobscot Job Corps Center is a federally funded program providing free career technical training, education, and support services to eligible young people in a residential setting.
- Career technical training (carpentry, other trades)
- Furnished dormitory housing
- Three meals daily
- Basic medical, dental, and mental health care
- Uniforms and safety equipment
- Living stipend
- Job placement assistance

You can apply before you have all documents; an admissions representative will help identify what you need.
