Call (207) 517-5222 to schedule an intake appointment. The first visit includes a medical assessment and treatment plan. Medication can often be started the same day. Follow-up visits are typically brief and scheduled regularly.

Their team prescribes FDA-approved medications including Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol, paired with integrated counseling, peer recovery coaching, and case management. They also provide mental health and psychiatric medication management. SaVida will help uninsured patients apply for coverage.
