Must have a physical, mental, or emotional disability that is a barrier to employment. Eligibility is based on disability-related barriers to employment; your income may affect whether you contribute to some service costs.
How to get started
Apply online or use the DVR application materials; contact a regional office if you need help applying. A counselor will assess your needs and develop an Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE).

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) helps people with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment. Services include career counseling, skills training, job placement, assistive technology, and workplace accommodations. Toll-free: 1-800-760-1573.
