Getting started.
Who this helps
Yarmouth residents may request holiday food. Yarmouth households may request gifts for children 18 and younger.
How to get started
If approved, you will receive a confirmation letter by November 25 with information about when and where to pick up gifts.
Get the gift application.
Download the 2026 Project Holiday gift application from YCAN's Project Holiday page, or get a paper form from Yarmouth Community Services, the food pantry, or Yarmouth schools.
Return the gift application.
Return it by November 2, 2026, to Yarmouth Community Services at 200 Main Street, front left entrance to Town Hall, or to your child's school main office. Include a driver's license or ID, or a bill in your name with a local street address.
Request a food basket.
Call or text the Yarmouth Food Pantry at (207) 844-3320 by November 2, 2026, or ask in person at the Yarmouth Community Food Pantry.
How they can help.

A few questions before you go.
For a gift request, have a driver's license or ID, or a bill in your name with a local street address, ready to verify where you live.
- Can my family request both gifts and food?
- What proof of Yarmouth residence can I use?
- When will I hear if gift help is approved?
- Where will gifts be picked up?
