Getting started.
Who this helps
Students from Waterville and Winslow public schools, RSU 18, and MSAD 49 may attend the Waterville site. For the 2026-2027 school year, children must be ages 5-12 and entering kindergarten.
How to get started
AYCC emails families after their registration is complete and confirmed.
Submit the registration form.
Complete AYCC's 2026-2027 After School Program Registration through its Daxko online registration portal, or submit the paper packet at the AYCC Welcome Center.
Send immunization records.
Submit a recent copy of your child's immunization record with the application. For online submission, use AYCC's Immunization Records intake form linked on its After School Programs page.
Request Affordable Access.
Use the Childcare Affordable Access application linked on AYCC's After School Programs page or included in the registration packet. Include one month of household income proof.
How they can help.
Children can get homework help and take part in arts, club, STEM, and swimming activities at the Waterville site. The program provides a daily snack. Families may request sliding-scale help through Affordable Access. AYCC limits this help to the first 90 days while families seek third-party child care subsidies.
