Who this helps
For students in kindergarten through grade five who are actively enrolled at a participating school.
How to get started
Allow one to two weeks for enrollment confirmation. A spot is not secured until the completed, signed packet and required immunization records are received.
Complete the packet.
Download the 2026-27 Y Care Enrollment Packet from the Before/After School Y Care page and complete and sign the required parts.
Attach required records.
Include your child's immunization records and the completed CACFP food program form. The form is required even if your child is not eligible.
Send the packet.
Email it to [email protected], fax it to (207) 443-1079, or mail it to Bath Area Family YMCA, 303 Centre St., Bath, ME 04530.
Apply for financial aid.
Download the Bath YMCA Financial Aid form from the Y Care page and include it with your enrollment packet.

For 2026-27, Y Care is at Fisher-Mitchell in Bath, Kate Furbish in Brunswick, and Woolwich Central. Fisher-Mitchell has morning and afternoon waitlists. Kate Furbish and Woolwich have morning openings and afternoon waitlists.
