Families in Oxford or Franklin counties may qualify based on income or other eligibility categories; contact CCI to check eligibility. Foster children and families on public assistance are automatically eligible.

Call (207) 739-6538 to inquire about enrollment. Staff will help you find out whether your child qualifies and explain next steps; ask them about openings.

Community Concepts operates Head Start and Early Head Start programs in Oxford and Franklin counties. Licensed Early Learning Centers provide center-based and home-based programs for children from low-income families, including comprehensive early education, health services, and family support.

Ask CCI which documents to submit after applying. Head Start eligibility records can include age and income proof or documentation of public assistance, homelessness, or foster care.
