Call (207) 791-2002 or (207) 791-2000 to discuss admission. An assessment will determine the appropriate level of care. Sober living residents participate in structured programming.

Foundation House has been providing men's mental health and substance abuse treatment in Portland for over 24 years. The program combines a licensed intensive outpatient program with sober living in three fully furnished residences. Treatment includes clinical therapy, experiential activities, life skills development, and job support. Foundation House addresses the unique challenges men face in recovery and mental health.
