Getting started.
Who this helps
Children in Pre-K through grade 5, ages 4 to 12, may enroll when there is space in their classroom.
How to get started
Enrollment depends on classroom space. The YMCA processes enrollment after it receives the completed packet, current immunization records, and income eligibility form.
Get the packet.
Download the 2026-2027 ASAP Registration Packet from the School Age page.
Complete the forms.
Fill out the packet and prepare your child's current immunization records and completed income eligibility form.
Return your forms.
Bring the completed packet and required records to the YMCA Front Desk.
Request financial help.
Use the Financial Assistance form on the ASAP page and select the child care scholarship option.
