Oxford County Mental Health Services provides behavioral health care through Community Concepts; its current mental health page lists the main office in Rumford. Services include outpatient counseling for mental health and substance use disorders, psychiatric medication management, and group therapy. OCCR provides countywide emergency outpatient mental health services 24/7, including crisis intervention, aftercare, and referrals.
