Call the main number to speak with an information and assistance specialist who will assess your needs and connect you with appropriate services. Call 207-396-6500 to speak with a Resource Specialist about your needs.

Southern Maine Agency on Aging has served older adults and caregivers in Cumberland and York counties for over 50 years. AgeMaine has centers in Biddeford, Portland, and Springvale and offers meals, Medicare counseling, adult day programs, caregiver support, and community resources.
