Who can use this?
LIHEAP: household income at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Level or 60% of State Median Income. Weatherization: income-eligible homeowners and renters in York County. No asset limit.

- Energy Crisis Intervention Program (ECIP): emergency funds when fuel runs out
- Weatherization Assistance Program: insulation, air sealing, and heating upgrades at no cost

Call (207) 324-5762 to schedule a fuel assistance appointment. You can also apply at their satellite offices in Biddeford and other York County locations. Bring required documents. For weatherization, contact them to be added to the waitlist.
What to bring
Photo ID, Social Security cards for all household members, proof of income for previous 3 months, most recent electric bill, and proof of address.
