YCCAC's Biddeford office provides HUD-certified housing counseling and connects low-to-moderate income residents with programs to stabilize their housing. Services include foreclosure prevention, home repair grants, and the Weatherization Program which provides approximately $7,200 in energy efficiency upgrades per home.
