Who this helps
Children ages 3-5 from families at or below the federal poverty level. Children in foster care, experiencing homelessness, or receiving TANF are automatically eligible.
How they can help.
YCCAC Head Start in Sanford provides free early childhood education for children ages 3-5 from low-income families in the Sanford and Springvale area. The program includes classroom learning, nutritious meals, health and dental screenings, and family engagement activities. YCCAC Head Start helps children develop the skills they need for kindergarten success.
