The Franklin County Animal Shelter in Farmington has been providing loving care to the area's homeless cats and dogs since 1974. The shelter works to help homeless animals find families. Before adoption, animals receive spay or neuter care, age-appropriate vaccinations, and flea, tick, and worm treatments.
- Pet adoption (cats and dogs)
- Stray animals should be brought to the shelter by an Animal Control Officer; confirm that the town is contracted with the shelter.
