Getting started.
Who this helps
Adoptions require an application and screening; owner surrenders are not normally accepted. Spay/neuter clinics require appointments.
How to get started
Submit an online application; staff review it and schedule a shelter visit. For low-cost spay/neuter, call 207-521-1701.
