The Presque Isle VA Clinic is a community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) operated by the VA Maine Healthcare System. Opened in April 2024, it replaced the former Caribou VA Clinic with an expanded 8,000+ square foot facility. The clinic serves veterans in Aroostook County with primary care, mental health services, telehealth, and laboratory services.
