Getting started.
Who this helps
Veterans, service members, and their families seeking help with VA benefits.
How to get started
A VA representative can discuss benefits-related questions with you. Benefit counselors can help you learn about Veterans Service Organizations and find an accredited representative.
Book through VERA.
Use the Visitor Engagement Reporting Application (VERA) on VA.gov to schedule, reschedule, or cancel a Public Contact Team appointment. The team also accepts walk-ins at Togus. Visitors for other Regional Office services need appointments.
Go to Building 248.
Public Contact Team services are on the second floor at 1 VA Center in Augusta.
