Call 207-764-3721 ext. 1 or toll-free 1-800-585-3053 to schedule a HEAP appointment. In most cases, your fuel provider receives the benefit as a credit to your account.

Avec Community Action provides HEAP to eligible households in Aroostook, Hancock and Washington counties. Avec also offers ECIP, weatherization and central heating improvement services.

What to have ready.
