Getting started.
Who this helps
Lincoln County households that need heating help may be considered, especially if state or federal programs do not serve them. A referral from a town General Assistance Administrator or Community Navigator is required.
How to get started

Find your town office.
Use the Need Help page on the Community Energy Fund website to find your town office and its phone number.
Request a referral.
Ask your town's General Assistance Administrator or a Community Navigator for a referral to the fund.
