Call the office or the warm line at (207) 805-8555 if you are unsure whether what you are experiencing is abuse. All conversations are confidential. Staff will help you understand your options and connect you with safety resources.

The Elder Abuse Institute of Maine works to ensure safety for Maine's older adults through direct services, education, and advocacy. Martha's Cottage provides confidential transitional housing for people 60+ who are leaving abusive situations. Their warm line is for anyone unsure whether to report abuse.
