How to get started
Apply online, or call (207) 764-3721 to schedule a phone or in-person application. If your fuel supply is extremely low, ask about ECIP. A HEAP application is required.

What to have ready.
Names, birth dates, Social Security numbers and proof of citizenship for everyone in the household; gross household income records; recent full energy and utility bills showing usage; and the type of heating fuel. Ask the local agency whether anything else is needed.
