Call the toll-free number and follow the prompts to select your county. You will be connected with a specialist at your local Area Agency on Aging who will listen to your needs and help connect you with appropriate services.

The Maine Aging and Disability Resource Center is a statewide network operated through Maine's five Area Agencies on Aging. By calling the toll-free number, callers are connected with their local AAA based on their county.
